The digital twin system is not only to form a mirror image of the physical entity objects in the real physical domain, but more importantly, to realize two-way data transmission with the physical entity objects, on the one hand, to accept the real-time information from the real physical domain, and on the other hand, in turn, to drive the real physical domain, to realize the propinquity of the physical entity objects, as well as the digitalized management and maintenance of the assets.

Digital twin technology also includes the simulation of the production process. Based on the simulation model, production can be optimized and controlled and managed, and depending on the optimization object, either the operating parameters of equipment and devices or the operating efficiency can be optimized.
