油气资讯|大庆石化新建污泥焚烧项目建成中交

国产自动化解决方案20日，经过11个月的施工建设，大庆石化公司新建的污泥焚烧项目建成中交。该项目投产后，将对大庆石化炼油厂区、化工厂区产生的污泥和废离子交换树脂进行干化和焚烧减量化处置，在保护生态环境的同时，降低企业生产成本，为大庆市“无废城市”创建贡献力量。

新建污泥焚烧项目于2022年10月开工建设，项目占地面积1.3万平方米，新建38吨/天污泥干化装置，还有18吨/天污泥焚烧装置及其配套工程，预计2024年1月开始试运行。该项目采用污泥“干化+焚烧”的工艺路线，对焚烧烟气中的粉尘、酸性物质及重金属有很强的去除效果，满足国家最新环保技术要求。

目前，大庆石化正在做项目收尾、联动试车及烘炉进料等生产准备工作，确保装置开车一次成功。
